Todd Cleek

Todd Cleek, a partner with the firm, has been practicing law in Oregon for fifteen years. Todd's practice centers on providing businesses and individuals with timely, practical advice in a broad range of business and estate planning issues.

Todd's business experience helps clients form, finance and govern new entities including both traditional companies and non-profit enterprises. He assists in the protection and licensing of intellectual property such as trademarks and copyrights.

He is also experienced in the acquisition of major assets and succession planning. Todd's estate planning practice ranges from preparation of simple wills to complex tax planning trusts.

When not in the office you might find Todd helping to build homes with Mount Hood Habitat for Humanity or working at his family ranch in eastern Oregon.
