Roger Scarborough

Roger's litigation experience covers a broad range of practice areas. He has assisted clients in state administrative investigations and represented clients in administrative hearings. He has trial experience in civil, domestic and criminal matters. Most of his clients have never been involved in a lawsuit. It is important they understand what is involved. That is the only way they can make an informed decision about litigation.

Outside of the courtroom he is pure Portland. He rides his bicycle, eats local and reads comic books.
