Abigail's practice emphasizes business and intellectual property litigation as well as general business law matters. While not a work, Abigail is an enthusiastic supporter of the visual arts and is a member of several art associations in Portland.

Won summary judgment award for corporation selling digital photographic equipment against customer in fraud case. Plaintiff subsequently dismissed all remaining claims.

Obtained favorable settlement for Oregon winery against second winery in trademark infringement and tortious interference lawsuit.

Obtained judgment in favor of author against publisher in breach of publishing contract case.

Obtained favorable settlement for individual against former landlord in Fair Debt Collection Practices Act case.

Represented several companies before the Patent and Trademark Office and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board with respect to registrability and validity of trademarks, likelihood of confusion and priority of marks.
